Haynes Print Directory and AtoZ App Directory Information for 2017-2018

The ONLINE version of the Haynes School Directory will be shut down on September 1st in order to update for this 2017-2018 school year. Please remember to go to haynespto.org and click on the School Directory Link to make sure everything is up to date for your child. Please remember that only YOU have control of whether you are in or out of the Directory. The Directory Coordinator’s role is solely to input the family information into the Directory database, which is accessible only to faculty and parents who buy the Directory Package. This being said, whatever choice you make after the deadline for the print directory being printed can not be changed in the “print” directory, BUT you can opt-in or out of any part of the online Directory at any time! Did you maybe opt-out of your child being listed in the class directory, but now want them in? Do you have a new cell phone number? Do you want to include another email address? Just log-in and change your preference and/or contact information. The online directory makes it all so easy!

The cutoff to get us your information to be included in the printed version will be the end of September, so please stay tuned for the final date to verify your information.

Your Company/Local Business Can Support Haynes

If you own/work for an area business that would like to advertise to our community, as well as support HOP, consider placing an ad in our school directory. Our families use the Directory to stay in touch with each other throughout the year.  Advertising in the directory also allows the Haynes community to show their support for businesses that support Haynes. Come Celebrate with the Haynes Community!

The 5th Annual Community Picnic is coming to Haynes! Mark your calendars as HOP will be hosting a Community Picnic on the first day of school from 5:00-7:00 PM! Come out to the Haynes playground on the evening of Wednesday, August 30th to celebrate the first day of school and the exciting year ahead. Please plan to join us for this fun and free event. There will be a DJ, face-painting and some amazing food trucks, such as the Trolley Dog Food Truck, Pizza and VeeBop’s! We look forward to seeing you on August 30th!

Volunteer to be a Room Parent!

We are currently looking for room parents for each of the classes from K-5 for the 2017-18 school year. If you would like to volunteer to be a room parent, please complete the form HERE on or before Friday, September 8, 2016.  Room parents will be selected and notified soon thereafter. If you have any questions about serving as a room parent and the responsibilities required, please contact the Room Parent Coordinator, Michela Van Patten.
