Bingo Night – Enter to Win Raffle Baskets and Purchase your Dinner and Bingo Tickets

Bingo Baskets are in the Haynes lobby! These baskets contain a number of exciting experience based prizes, games and toys. All the proceeds go towards HOP! A flyer was sent home last week with students containing sheets of tickets for purchase ($2 a ticket or $20 a sheet) along with descriptions of the baskets.To purchase tickets please either send in cash or a check made out to the Haynes Organization of Parents and deposit it into the box located in the lobby. Fill out your tickets with contact info, along with the basket number, and drop them into the container located in front of the basket(s) of your choice. Tickets will also be available for purchase on Bingo Night!

Reminder: Bingo is back at Haynes on Friday, March 2nd. RESERVE your Bingo tickets and dinner for one of the two seatings… 5:30 – 7:00p.m. and 7:30 – 9:00 p.m. The cost is $5.00 per person (children under 3 are free), or $20 per family. Reservations must be made in advance, no “tickets” will be sold at the door and due to fire code requirements, all attendees (even event volunteers) will need an admission ticket.

PLEASE VOLUNTEER! Please try to volunteer for a shift and help everyone have a fun, enjoyable Bingo Night. Volunteers are needed for registration, refreshments, recording, spotting and manning the raffle and prize tables. There are volunteer opportunities for the 5th graders, as well!
