Make an online donation to the Haynes Organization of Parents at the HOP Webstore! HOP is a tax-exempt organization under Sec. 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. You can choose the amount you’d like to donate and follow further instructions for completing the payment with a credit card or your PayPal account. You will be able to print a receipt of your donation and will also receive an email receipt.

HOP CORPORATE MATCHING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check to see if your company has a matching gift program: Many companies have online portals on their employee websites for their matching gift programs which makes submission easy. If you can’t find an online portal, call your company’s HR department. They will be able to tell you if your company matches gifts from qualified 501(c)3 non-profits like HOP.
- Select The Haynes Organization of Parents (HOP, Inc.) from the list of qualified 501(c)3 non-profits. If HOP is not listed, there is usually a section for “add a new organization.” Your company may ask for HOP’s “IRS determination letter,” which can be found HERE.
- Enter the information your company requires about your donation. In order for most donations to qualify, you cannot have received any goods or services in exchange for the donation.
- Submit any supporting documents. Supporting documents could include HOP’s IRS determination letter (available HERE), and/or a receipt for your donation from HOP. If you need a formal receipt on letterhead, as opposed to the receipt the Webstore generates, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can provide one for you.
Don’t delay, many companies have end-of-year, or XX months-from-date-of-donation restrictions.
