School Meeting Volunteers Needed

Posted on: October 2nd, 2017 by webmaster

Friday afternoons (2:45-3:15 PM) the students, staff and administration of Haynes gather together at school-wide meetings, hosted by fifth grade students.  The Friday afternoon meetings are varied, and include professional performers, class plays, sing-alongs and student performances.  We need one parent/guardian volunteer to help out each week with things like moving items onto the stage, putting the screen up and down, turning the projector on/off and more.

HOP Hospitality still needs bakers!

Posted on: October 26th, 2015 by webmaster

We have 81 faculty and staff that will participate in the annual cookie swap and we’d like them to have a good selection to take home with them.  In this season of giving, please think about all the staff does for our children every day and consider baking 3 dozen cookies (or more if you like) to make this festive holiday event a success.  Thank you!

The Haynes Hospitality Committee is looking for bakers! The 7th Annual Holiday Cookie Swap for the faculty is on Friday, Dec. 15th. This is a great chance to show our thanks and appreciation for the entire Haynes staff and they really love it! We need a lot of bakers to make this successful. Don’t forget you can bake now and freeze for later!

Please consider baking 3 dozen of your holiday favorites and bringing them to Haynes by 9:00 a.m. on the 15th. Place cookies on a dish or tray that you do NOT need returned! Dropping off your children that morning? Someone will be available to collect your cookies at that time. Not interested in baking? Volunteer for a shift that fits into your schedule to help out with this cheerful event.

Please sign up below if you are willing to bake or volunteer and contact Tiffany Kudravetz or Martha Goodsill with any questions. We thank you!
