What is Haynes Movie Night?

An evening with your friends at Haynes having dinner, eating popcorn and candy, and watching the movie Despicable Me 4!  Come in your coziest pajamas and bring pillows, a favorite blanket, or sleeping bag (Adults, you may want to bring a camping chair!).

All proceeds go directly toward our 5th grade class as they raise money for their end-of-year activities.

Popcorn and candy will be for sale at the event. 🍿🎥

Attn 5th grade families!!!!

Hello 5th Grade Families! Haynes Movie Night is coming up on December 6th and we are looking for the 5th grade class (both kids and parents) to help us make this night a success! Movie Night is the biggest fundraiser for the 5th grade class and all proceeds go to fund the end of the year graduation party. Please consider signing up for a volunteer slot to help out at this fun event!  We are looking for both kids and parents to make this night a success!

Please note that all volunteers - kids and adults need to purchase tickets to movie night to ensure that we maintain fire code capacity regulations.

Annual Cookie Swap for Teachers & Staff

Get those mixing bowls ready! The Annual Haynes Staff Holiday Cookie Swap is Thursday, December 19. With 87 teachers and staff at Haynes, we'll need lots of bakers!

Please help to show our love and appreciation by baking or buying 2-3 dozen nut-free cookies for the wonderful Haynes staff to take home and enjoy!

A few things to note:

  • All cookies must be nut-free. We have also requested a few dozen vegan and gluten free cookies to accommodate all the staff's dietary needs. Please list out which type of cookie you will be making in the Sign Up Genius.

  • Cookies should be in a disposable platter or box that will not be returned, and should include either a list of ingredients or a copy of the recipe.

  • Cookies can be dropped off at 14 Saunders Road on the 18th, by 9:00pm. If you have any questions regarding drop-off, please email christywebster@gmail.com.

Thank you for helping to make this tradition possible,
