Thank you for signing up to help at Photo Day. We need 4 volunteers to assist our photographers during Haynes Picture Day on Monday, September 12. We are looking for volunteers to arrive at 8:45 am for a brief instruction and then to remain until approximately 12:30 pm when photo day will conclude. Photos will be outside however will be moved inside if there is inclement weather.
Roles
2 Photographer Assistants – confirming student with photographer and “styling” students if needed
1 Group Photo Assistant – helping to line up the class
1 Greeter to direct classes to photographer
